The story behind the work
Stephanie is the founder of Effortless Impact, a results driven agency built on trust, integrity, and a deep understanding of what it truly takes to grow a business as a woman.
With over 25 years of experience as a makeup artist and 10 years as an e-commerce skincare founder, Stephanie has spent her career working closely with women, listening to their stories, and understanding their goals on a personal level. Those years shaped not only her people skills, but also her belief that success is built on connection, clarity, and consistently delivering on what you promise.
Through her own journey in business, Stephanie saw firsthand how powerful the combination of storytelling, data, and strategy can be when it is done right. She also heard far too many stories from women who felt unsupported, overpromised to, or left behind by agencies and developers who did not truly have their best interests at heart.
That is what led her to create Effortless Impact a digital marketing agency for women that does it differently.
Stephanie’s mission is simple. To give women a trusted partner in business. Someone who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares about their growth. She believes that when women feel supported and understood, they show up more confidently, make stronger decisions, and ultimately build more impactful and successful brands.

Chyloe Marr is a digital media consultant and podcast producer who helps brands create content that connects and resonates. She specializes in content management, podcast production, and digital storytelling, bringing ideas to life across platforms. With a focus on clarity and creativity, she works with our team to build engaging and impactful digital experiences.
When Chyloe is not running the backend she is momming her 2 little ones or judging dance contests!
